If you are interested in purchasing a kitten, please contact me providing some information about yourself and your family, including other animals. 

Pet kittens can be reserved with a deposit of $200.

Breeder or Show kittens require a deposit of $500.

All deposits are non-refundable. 

Kittens are available for their new homes at 12 weeks of age.  They will have been de-wormed and received 2 sets of shots, including rabies.

When kittens leave for their new homes, they will be provided with 6 weeks of free health insurance.  New owners can continue the health insurance (PetSecure) after that point at their own expense.

New owners will receive a copy of their new kittens vet records as well as a bill of sales specifying the details of the kitten including parents, dates of vaccination etc. 

Also, I request that new owners take their kitten/cat to a vet of their choice for a health check (at your expense) within the first 72 hours.  If the kitten/cat does not pass its new health check by the new vet, then a full refund will be provided as long as documentation is provided.  For the protection of the seller's resident cattery population, a portion of the purchase price may be retained for FIP/FELV and FIV testing if said kitten has been in contact with other felines.

Kittens returned after this period will ONLY be accepted if they have not been exposed to other felines and/or with FIP/FELV and FIV testing (at the owners expense). 

Partial refunds may be provided under certain circumstances.

Should the cat/kitten die as a direct result of congenital defect (unknown at time of sale) within two years of time of sale, said cat/kitten will be replaced only if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a vet's certificate is provided, showing proof of cause of death. A replacement kitten of comparable quality and value, as available, will be made at the discretion of the breeder/seller.

All kittens or cats sold will remain as indoor pets.

All pet kittens will be spayed/neutered before 6 months, at that point, TICA blue slips will be provided to the new owners upon my receipt of a photocopy of their spaying/neuturing procedures that have been performed by a licensed veterinarian.  This will enable owners to register themselves as the official owners of the kitten and to provide TICA with their name of choice for said kitten, all for a nominal fee of $10 USD.  Pedigrees can be requested at the same time for an additional $25 USD (3 generation) or $50 USD (5 generation). 

TICA slips will be provided immediately to new owners of breeders/show quality kittens.

Should new owners find that they cannot keep their pets, for whatever reason, they will be returned to Aristakatz.

No cat or kitten  will be sold to a third party without the knowledge and consent of Aristakatz.  Aristakatz reserves first rights to purchase Breeder quality kittens/cats back if/when new cattery owners no longer wish to use them in their breeding program.  Under no circumstance will said cat/kitten or their offspring be sold to pet stores or used for research purposes.
